Rank is the bid. The company is for sale.
There is one public leaderboard with All-time and Today views. All-time is the default; Today resets at 08:00 UTC and ranks the money moved in the current leaderboard day.
Bidding
- New listings start at $1. You can pay any bid amount up to $999,999.
- Every captured payment is added to that listing's accumulated bid.
- Listings rank by accumulated bid. Pay what you want and land wherever the new total takes you.
- Equal accumulated bids are ordered by the latest captured payment.
- The Today view sums each listing's captured contributions since 08:00 UTC. A reserved bid can appear there while it waits to capture.
- We authorize your card, reserve the listing, then capture. If checkout cannot be completed, you are not charged.
- A reserved bid can hold its place for up to 15 minutes while capture completes. It does not lower the acquisition price until capture succeeds.
Acquisition
- Outvibed started at $198,260.
- Every captured bid increment reduces that price dollar-for-dollar. Stripe fees and tax do not.
- Refunds and lost disputes put the money back on the price and rebuild ranking from remaining captured bids.
- Acquisition checkout uses the live price but does not pause bidding. Only a completed payment ends the game.
- Paying the remaining price ends the game. Legal transfer of the business is a separate contract.
Listings
- Identity is the normalized hostname: lowercase, no protocol, no path, no www.
- Name, description, and logo come from the website's public metadata. You can also upload a 256×256 logo at checkout. Knowing a domain is not proof of ownership, so there is no “edit my listing” dashboard.
- Clicks go through Outvibed so each visitor contributes one outbound click to one listing.
